Our Appointment Cancellation Policy:

• Effectively immediately deposits will be required for all scheduled services to reserve your appointments time. The deposit amount will be $50.00 of your booked selected services. DEPOSITS are non-refundable and will be put towards the total cost of your service. 

• If for some reason you need to reschedule your booked appointment, please do so before the 48 hour window prior to your appointment. 

• If your appointment is more then 48 hours away from the scheduled date, you may reschedule with no penalty and your deposit will still be valid for your next appointment.

• If your appointment is more than 48 hours away from the time you get into contact with us to cancel, your appointment deposit will be forfeited.

• If your appointment is less than 24 hours away from the time you contact us to cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. and you will be charged a same-day cancellation fee equal to 100% of your service minus the deposit you had already paid. 

 Please note that until you have received a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling from us, your request is not valid. If you cancel or reschedule during our normal operating business hours, your request will be honored.
